Brazilian Cleaners, NYC is a DBA (doing business as) name for an apartment, townhouse and commercial cleaning company based in Manhattan, New York, NY.

Information we collect

When you use the booking form ("Request your cleaning"), we ask for:

• Full name, phone and email
• Address
• Service type and home size
• Approximate square footage (optional) and number of bathrooms
• Whether the home is empty, furnished or partially furnished
• Requested level of detail (optional)
• Frequency (one-time, weekly, biweekly or monthly)
• Preferred date and preferred time
• Notes, such as pets, parking, access or special requests

We also receive the information you choose to share when you call, text or email us.

How the booking form sends your request

When you tap "Send Request," the information you entered in the booking form, together with the address of the page you sent it from, is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to Web3Forms, a form service that delivers it to us by email at info@bcnyc.net. Web3Forms processes this information to provide that service to us, under its own privacy policy.

This website does not store your request. If the request cannot be sent, the form shows an error message and nothing is delivered; you can then call or text us instead.

How we use your information

We use the information we receive to respond to your requests, prepare estimates and serve our clients.

We may also use it to send promotional communications and for remarketing.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.

Providers we need for hosting, email, forms, analytics or advertising may process your information in order to provide those services to us.

Third-party services on this website

• Web3Forms. The booking form is sent through Web3Forms, which delivers your request to our email, as described above.
• Google Tag Manager. We use Google Tag Manager to load and manage measurement and advertising tags on this website, such as the Meta Pixel.
• Meta Pixel. Through Google Tag Manager, this website uses the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, the company behind Facebook and Instagram) to measure visits to its pages and actions such as sending a booking request or tapping a link to call or text us, and for advertising and remarketing. For booking requests, the Pixel receives the service type, home size and frequency you selected, not your name, phone, email or address.
• Google Fonts. The website's fonts are loaded from Google's servers. To deliver them, your browser sends Google technical information such as your IP address.
• Google Maps. The FAQ section includes an embedded Google map of Manhattan. When it loads, Google may collect information and set cookies under its own policies.
• Facebook and Instagram. The website links to our Facebook and Instagram pages. When you follow those links, you leave this website and the policies of those platforms apply.
