Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the cleaning services provided by Brazilian Cleaners, NYC, a DBA (doing business as) name, and to the use of this website.

Services and service area

We provide apartment, townhouse and commercial cleaning across Manhattan, as described in the Services section. Our team is available Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Airbnb turnover cleanings are available seven days a week.

Each service covers what is described in the plan you book. Laundry is not part of the cleaning. Laundry and ironing is a separate service, available only in buildings with an on-site laundry room.

Estimates and prices

Prices are starting estimates, not fixed rates. The final price depends on the home’s size, number of bathrooms, condition, whether it is empty or furnished, and the level of detail requested. Move-in and move-out starting prices apply to empty homes. Every booking receives a free estimate before confirmation.

  • Recurring plans are discounted per visit: weekly 15%, biweekly 10%, monthly 5%.
  • Hourly service: $70 per hour, 3-hour minimum.
  • Closet organizing: $90 per hour.
  • Laundry and ironing: $70 per hour, available only in buildings with an on-site laundry room.
  • Prices are in USD and are reference prices for 2026.

Booking

You can request a cleaning through the booking form, by phone or by text. We follow up by phone, text, or email with your final price and confirm a date and time that works for you. No long-term contracts are required. Recurring plans can be set up on your first visit.

Cancellations, rescheduling and pauses

Cancellations, rescheduling and pauses of recurring plans must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Payment

We accept Zelle, Venmo, and cash. Pay in person on the day of service, or send Zelle/Venmo directly once your booking is confirmed. Zelle and Venmo details are shared with your quote confirmation. No payment is made through this website.

Cleaning products and equipment

  • One-time cleanings: we provide cleaning products and equipment only when the client does not have them.
  • Move-In / Move-Out: we provide the cleaning products and equipment.
  • Recurring services: cleaning supplies are provided by the client.

Eco-friendly products are available from our team for an extra fee — just let us know when booking.

Pets, access and parking

Please share any details about pets, access and parking in the notes of your request or when we confirm your booking. The presence of pets may result in an extra fee. Any such fee will be included in your estimate.

Guarantees

Our 100% satisfaction guarantee is tied to the client's acceptance of the service.

The Move-in ready guarantee covers the services described in the Move-In plan.

Insurance and damages

Brazilian Cleaners, NYC is insured. Ask us for details when you book.

Use of this website

The information on this website is provided for general information about our services. Prices and services may change; your estimate and booking confirmation show the conditions that apply to your cleaning. This website links to third-party sites, such as Facebook, Instagram and Google Maps, which have their own terms and policies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated.
